Backup Hard Drives Checked In & Out

All backup hard drives in and out of safe, shall be recorded in Alpha’s safe inventory log by Amber or Melissa.

Safe Inventory:

Outgoing hard drives removed from safe - If myself or Patrick are not here when the hard drive is removed from the safe, please fill out an inventory tag. Make sure the S/N# is documented on tag. Tags are located at staging area (Blue color tag).

Incoming used hard drives must be labeled before it is placed into inventory safe and must have most recent backup date.

New hard drives inventory:

Outgoing hard drives - Make sure the S/N# is documented on tag. (Orange color tag)
